Quote Challenge: Day 1

Hey guys!! We made it to the weekend!!

So today I was nominated for the 3 Day Quote Challenge by Christina. Her blog is amazing, so go check it out: Stealing Quiet Time in Noisy Disorder.

The rules for this 3-day challenge are simple:

• 1st: post one of your favorite quotes each day, for three consecutive days. This quote can come from your favorite book, author, or one of your own.
• 2nd: Nominate 3 other bloggers to challenge them.*
• 3rd: Thank the blogger who nominated you for the 3 day quote challenge.

So here goes:

Now this might seem silly, but there is a children’s book I used to read when I was younger. There was a quote inside the book that has stuck with me all these years. The book was titled: Winnie the Pooh and his Adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood. Winnie the Pooh had a great quote in that book, so I am going to use that quote as my Day 1 quote.

“If ever there is a tomorrow when we’re not together, there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is even if we are apart, I’ll always be with you.” -Winnie the Pooh

This quote as I said, came from a children’s book, yet turned into a quote that has reminded me to believe in myself, no matter the situation I’m in. I struggled with having self confidence, as well as standing up for myself and standing up for what I believe in (hint for day 2 quote). Many trials and issues have come my way, yet this quote stayed in the back of my head as a reminder that I am “braver than I believe, stronger than I seem, and smarter than I think”. This quote has kept me going and I feel will stick with me for a while longer.
